What a fantastic day we had! You helped make the Los Angeles Marathon a huge success. We fielded many calls and as far as I can tell, every one was handled without a problem.
You really are the best!
If you have any comments about this year's event, or suggestions for next year, now is the time to let us know. Please take a few moments, while those memories are still fresh, to send your observations to me for review. I will summarize the comments and post some of them on our web site, as well as share them with the appropriate marathon staff. We are constantly looking to improve the marathon experience for participants, as well as the all important volunteers. While my hope is that you had a wonderful day, and most people usually do, sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Don't hesitate to send your complaints and frustrations if you feel compelled to do so. If you took pictures that you would like to share, I'll post them too.
